Directress plays multiple roles in Montessori environment: 

◎ A person who prepares and maintains the environment.

Prepare and maintain one abundant, orderly, clean, beautiful, attractive and children-oriented environment for the children, and provide tranquil, comfortable and free atmosphere and discipline of respecting themselves, others and environment. 

◎ Acute observer

Observe children's interest, demand, difficulty, capacity and personality features at any time so that the environment and adults can help children's life growth at proper time according to their personality. 

◎ Children's orienter

Judge according to the observation for children and professional ability of Montessori education, guide children to contact environment with delighted and enthusiastic attitude, and help children overcome difficulties, remove disturbance and enable the children to construct themselves by means of whole-hearted work.

◎ Act as media of environment to communicate with children and transmit various information of environment to communicate with parents.
